Sending feedback

In the main menu under 'Help' -> 'Send feedback' you can open an integrated feedback dialog to quickly send feedback or ask support questions from right inside R.U.B.E without needing to open your browser or email client.

You can also add a screenshot of the current workspace to help explain something, rather than needing to type a lengthy explanation yourself.
Note: on MacOS the screenshot feature is only available on versions before 10.7 Lion.

Note to trial version users
The trial version of R.U.B.E contains no user details, so if you would like to receive a reply to your feedback or have further discussion, please leave some contact info as well. In the trial version an extra field will be shown as below for contact info.
