The editor help mentions a sampleLoaders directory which should be in the RUBE download.
JBox2D : An example use case can be found in the sampleLoaders/jbox2d-testbed-(Java) folder accompanying the R.U.B.E download.
It isn't in my download (rube-lin64-1.7.3.zip)
In editor help : sample loaders
Re: In editor help : sample loaders
It is included in the trial download which I assume will be the first thing most people download, and also separately from the link below as mentioned on the "Download" page for users who have purchased the full version:

Re: In editor help : sample loaders
I'd like to suggest you maybe add a link to the LIBGDX asynchronous asset manager for RUBE files provided here : https://github.com/tescott/RubeLoader as that would be the preferred loader . Incidentally that crash issue is now fixed in the nightly builds which is good news for libgdx users at least.
Re: In editor help : sample loaders
The main loaders information page (http://www.iforce2d.net/rube/?panel=loaders) lists the officially supported loaders made by myself.
On that page (and also in the built-in help for "Supported loaders") I have linked to a forum post where I'm keeping a list of the dozen or so 'unofficial' loader implementations which use frameworks I have no idea about: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=240
